The Rockwood 585-12.26D surface bolt has a brass satin chrome plated finish (Rockwood/BHSM number US26D/626), meets American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A156.16: L04161 specifications, is UL listed, and helps secure an in-swinging or out-swinging door at the top or bottom. The bolt locks automatically when thrown, locks in both the up and down positions, and can accommodate a padlock (sold separately). It measures 12" long x 3/4" wide x 3/4" thick and has a 1-1/4" bolt throw. The bolt is UL listed for use on the inactive leaf of 3-hour labeled fire doors.
